Now that’s not to say that at the end of the session you will be a super-human and will be able to take all kinds of challenges, but you will add considerable muscle mass and strength and be ready to take on some seriously advanced training techniques. We have designed beginners to advanced training programs to suit specific needs of the contenders.

Our beginner personal trainer provides classes which are grounded to the progression – progression of the exercises you use, progression in the number of sets you completed per workout, progression in the amount of weight you use, and most importantly, progression in your training split.
A training split involves how you split up muscle groups each workout. Since this training split splits the body into five different workouts, it would be considered a five-day training split.
Modifications made by experts
At Strong Body Strong Mind, our body training programs have been modified by experts and Tammy herself has approved the same. The differences between the three fitness levels come from the modifications to make an exercise easier and how to progress to more intense exercises. First, you need to know what you are capable of doing and what works best for you. Our experienced trainers will consult your needs and fitness conditions and then come up with a definitive solution.

We suggest, not copying workouts from magazines, mainstream fitness websites or advanced bodybuilders! Our fitness trainers led by Tammy, have extensively designed beginners to advanced training programs and will be tuning and assigning your workout regimes as per the physical needs of the contenders. Many workout programs recommended by fellow gym-goers, popular websites and magazines, will result in muscle groups being worked once per week – usually for an insane amount of volume on one specific day of the week.
